Payment

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD), inclusive of GST.

Any transactions or purchases online can be made via MasterCard, Visa or debit card only.

All transactions are processed via Windcave. www.windcave.com a trusted and extremely robust payment gateway to ensure the most secure online payment system.

All payments have to be successfully completed before your purchase can be delivered.

When paying by card, if you have insufficient funds in your account or the card declines – your purchase will not go through.

If you cannot pay using the methods above, please contact us at [email protected] and we can try organise a payment solution for you. If we provide a Card Not Present transaction then the customer agrees and accepts the full terms and conditions of sale listed on this page.

Once your order is finalised and payment processed, we will both receive an email confirming your order. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, then we probably didn’t either. If there is any doubt please call us and we will sort it out for you.

Cancellation policy

Please check your order before placing, as once processed it cannot be cancelled.

Return/ Refund policy

At MPK Artisan Kitchen, we stand by our product! If there is an issue, which means you are less than happy the quality of our product, please notify us within 24 hours and we’ll offer a replacement or a refund.

Delivery policy

Door to door

In order to keep meals chilled during transport, all orders are packed in a cardboard box with woollen insulation and frozen gel pad – so if you are not at home when meals are delivered, they can be left for you in a chilled state.

Once you receive delivery, for chilled meals, you can store in your refrigerator for up to 7 days. Any meals not used after that should be frozen for future use. For frozen meals, transfer to your freezer.

Delivery schedule

We deliver personally within the Hibiscus Coast & Orewa area and by courier to all other areas.

Due to rural courier delivery taking on average 3 days, we are no longer shipping to most rural delivery postcodes.

We do not deliver to South Island destinations.

Deliveries:

Our deliver days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (all areas Hibiscus Coast & Auckland)

Out of Auckland deliveries will be picked up by courier on the Thursday of each week and delivered on Friday.

** NOTE: Any orders received after 12pm Thursday may not be delivered until the following Wednesday, depending on order and delivery location. We will contact you to advise on delivery.

If we are going to be short on your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

All meal deliveries are tracked and traced, so we know where they are at all times.
